PAYMENTS
- Major credit cards are accepted - #1 rated JBT accounts are eligible for net 30 terms upon the return of a completed and signed credit application - For first time orders COD Money Order / Cashier Check or credit card only No memorandum transactions - When applying for credit, please sign both the credit application and Tax Exempt form and the personal guarantee form. - If you have been in business under your company name for less than one year or have not established sufficient credit history with four trade references, we require the owner or principle stockholder to complete and sign the personal guarantee form . - All Jewelry invoices shipped on Net 30 accounts are due and payable 30 days from the date of Invoice. - A 1% service charge per month will be added to invoices unpaid after 30 days. There will be no exceptions. - There will be $25 charge for return checks
RETURNS
- Any item that has manufacture defects will be exchanged anytime - Please contact our customer service department and request a Return Authorization Number (RA number) within 10 days of the invoice date. - Having an authorization number doesnot guarantee acceptance of returns or refunds. - Please send return items to : World’s Gold & Diamonds, Inc showroom located at 7500 Bellaire Blvd, Suite 900, Houston TX 77036 - Please include a copy of the original invoice, Return Authorization Number (RA) and reason for the return. - Returns on altered, sized or special order merchandise will not be accepted. - Merchandise returned without an invoice an authorization number will be credited at our discretion or returned to you at your expense. - Merchandise must be returned within 15days of invoice date. - If merchandise is not received within 15 days of invoice date, the RA number will be voided. - Under total discretion of WGD, any and all returned orders will be subject to 15 – 20% restocking frr plus incurred freight charge.
